Whether you want to get your kicks higher and stronger or address discomfort or pain, this two-hour workshop has something for you.
In two hours, we will build energy (prana! qi!) with balanced stretching, breath and toning for our whole body. The focus of this workshop will be on healing and preserving health in our hips and low back. Expect meditation through movement, challenge, and active conversation about our injuries, our healing, and supporting our health. Expect to feel great after this workshop and have some tools to work with at home.
All ages and fitness levels welcome, yoga is adaptable for everyone. Wear clothes you can move in (martial arts pants, shorts or sweat pants, and a tshirt… no jeans or belts), bring a
towel, your martial arts belt and plenty of drinking water.
Workshop is free for KSA members. Drop-ins are encouraged, $25.
